וַֽיְהִי בִּשְׁתֵּי עֶשְׂרֵה שָׁנָה בִּשְׁנֵֽי־עָשָׂר חֹדֶשׁ בְּאֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ הָיָה דְבַר־יְהֹוָה אֵלַי לֵאמֹֽר׃

בֶּן־אָדָם שָׂא קִינָה עַל־פַּרְעֹה מֶלֶךְ־מִצְרַיִם וְאָמַרְתָּ אֵלָיו כְּפִיר גּוֹיִם נִדְמֵיתָ וְאַתָּה כַּתַּנִּים בַּיַּמִּים וַתָּגַח בְּנַהֲרוֹתֶיךָ וַתִּדְלַח־מַיִם בְּרַגְלֶיךָ וַתִּרְפֹּס נַהֲרוֹתָֽם׃ {ס}
Son of man, take up a lamentation for Par῾o king of Miżrayim, and say to him, Thou didst liken thyself to a young lion among the nations; but thou art rather a crocodile in the seas, and thou dost thrust forward in thy streams, churning the water with thy feet, and fouling their channels.

Rashi
ותגח בנהרותיך. ותצא חוץ עם נהרותיך לשון גוחי מבטן (תהלים כ"ו) כי יגיח ירדן (איוב מא) ואורב ישראל מגיח ממקומו (שופטים כ׳:ל״ג) לשון דבר הנוגע ויוצא מבית מסתרים:
ותדלח. לשון עכירה:
ברגליך. רגלים לא היו לך ועשית לך רגלים כחית הארץ לעבור מימי ארצות ולרפוס נהרות' והדוגמא בתרגום יונתן ואגחתא במשרייתך ואזעא עממיא בסומכוות' ואחריבת' מדינתהון:
כפיר גוים נדמית ואתה כתנים בימים. היה לך לרבוץ תוך יאורך כמשפט הדגים ולא לצאת אל היבשה ונתגאית בלבך ונדמית בעצמך לכפיר השליט ביבשה ויצא לטרוף טרף:
