כֹּה ׀ אָמַר יְהֹוָה הִנְנִי־שָׁב שְׁבוּת אׇהֳלֵי יַֽעֲקוֹב וּמִשְׁכְּנֹתָיו אֲרַחֵם וְנִבְנְתָה עִיר עַל־תִּלָּהּ וְאַרְמוֹן עַל־מִשְׁפָּטוֹ יֵשֵֽׁב׃
Thus says the Lord; Behold, I will bring back the captivity of Ya῾aqov’s tents, and have mercy on his dwellingplaces; and the city shall be built upon her own tel, and the palace shall stand on its proper place.

וְיָצָא מֵהֶם תּוֹדָה וְקוֹל מְשַׂחֲקִים וְהִרְבִּתִים וְלֹא יִמְעָטוּ וְהִכְבַּדְתִּים וְלֹא יִצְעָֽרוּ׃
And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be diminished; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.

והכבדתים. שיהיו עם כבד:
ולא יצערו. כמו ימעטו:
וְהָיוּ בָנָיו כְּקֶדֶם וַעֲדָתוֹ לְפָנַי תִּכּוֹן וּפָקַדְתִּי עַל כׇּל־לֹחֲצָֽיו׃
Their children also shall be as before, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.

וְהָיָה אַדִּירוֹ מִמֶּנּוּ וּמֹֽשְׁלוֹ מִקִּרְבּוֹ יֵצֵא וְהִקְרַבְתִּיו וְנִגַּשׁ אֵלָי כִּי מִי הוּא־זֶה עָרַב אֶת־לִבּוֹ לָגֶשֶׁת אֵלַי נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃
And their prince shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach me? says the Lord.
