הִנֵּה ׀ סַעֲרַת יְהֹוָה חֵמָה יָֽצְאָה סַעַר מִתְגּוֹרֵר עַל רֹאשׁ רְשָׁעִים יָחֽוּל׃
Behold, the storm wind of the Lord goes out with fury, a sweeping storm: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked.

על ראש רשעים. על ראש עכו"ם:
לֹא יָשׁוּב חֲרוֹן אַף־יְהֹוָה עַד־עֲשֹׂתוֹ וְעַד־הֲקִימוֹ מְזִמּוֹת לִבּוֹ בְּאַחֲרִית הַיָּמִים תִּתְבּוֹנְנוּ בָֽהּ׃
