כֹּה־אָמַר יְהֹוָה צְבָאוֹת עוֹד יִהְיֶה ׀ בַּמָּקוֹם הַזֶּה הֶחָרֵב מֵאֵין־אָדָם וְעַד־בְּהֵמָה וּבְכׇל־עָרָיו נְוֵה רֹעִים מַרְבִּצִים צֹֽאן׃
Thus says the Lord of hosts; Again in this place, which is desolate without man and without beast, and in all its cities, shall be a habitation of shepherds who make their flocks lie down.

בְּעָרֵי הָהָר בְּעָרֵי הַשְּׁפֵלָה וּבְעָרֵי הַנֶּגֶב וּבְאֶרֶץ בִּנְיָמִן וּבִסְבִיבֵי יְרוּשָׁלַ͏ִם וּבְעָרֵי יְהוּדָה עֹד תַּעֲבֹרְנָה הַצֹּאן עַל־יְדֵי מוֹנֶה אָמַר יְהֹוָֽה׃ {ס}
In the cities of the mountains, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the Negev, and in the land of Binyamin, and in the places about Yerushalayim, and in the cities of Yehuda, shall the flocks pass again under the hands of him that counts them, says the Lord.
