כִּי־כֹה אָמַר יְהֹוָה כַּאֲשֶׁר הֵבֵאתִי אֶל־הָעָם הַזֶּה אֵת כׇּל־הָרָעָה הַגְּדוֹלָה הַזֹּאת כֵּן אָנֹכִי מֵבִיא עֲלֵיהֶם אֶת־כׇּל־הַטּוֹבָה אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי דֹּבֵר עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃
For thus says the Lord; Just as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.

וְנִקְנָה הַשָּׂדֶה בָּאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת אֲשֶׁר ׀ אַתֶּם אֹמְרִים שְׁמָמָה הִיא מֵאֵין אָדָם וּבְהֵמָה נִתְּנָה בְּיַד הַכַּשְׂדִּֽים׃
And fields shall be brought in this land of which you say, It is desolate without man or beast; it is given into the hand of the Kasdim.

שָׂדוֹת בַּכֶּסֶף יִקְנוּ וְכָתוֹב בַּסֵּפֶר ׀ וְחָתוֹם וְהָעֵד עֵדִים בְּאֶרֶץ בִּנְיָמִן וּבִסְבִיבֵי יְרוּשָׁלַ͏ִם וּבְעָרֵי יְהוּדָה וּבְעָרֵי הָהָר וּבְעָרֵי הַשְּׁפֵלָה וּבְעָרֵי הַנֶּגֶב כִּֽי־אָשִׁיב אֶת־שְׁבוּתָם נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ {פ}
Men shall buy fields for money, and subscribe deeds, and seal them, and take witnesses, in the land of Binyamin, and in the places about Yerushalayim, and in the cities of Yehuda, and in the cities of the mountains, and in the cities of the coastal plain, and in the cities of the Negev: for I will cause their captivity to return, says the Lord.
